Before Staff commence any support work they will have an enhanced
Criminal Records Bureau Check (C.R.B)
and
Independant Safeguarding Authority (I.S.A)
All staff employed by the Service will be required to undertake in-house induction training which consists of:
Food Hygiene
Infection Control
Health & Safety
Moving & Handling
First Aid
Medication
Person specific training will also be given where the need has been identified.
All employees will undertake training to Diploma Level in Health & Social Care.
